The Pateley Club beer festival this August

The Pateley Club is to launch its first-ever beer festival this August.
Pateley Bridge is getting a brand-new beer festival this summer, with three days of Yorkshire craft beers, ciders, food, and community spirit.
The inaugural Pateley Club Beer Festival will take place from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd August 2026 at The Pateley Club on High Street, Pateley Bridge.
The three-day festival marks the latest chapter for the long-established social club as it continues to develop its role as a lively community hub in the heart of Nidderdale.
Twelve craft beers and ciders to try.
Festivalgoers will be able to sample twelve carefully selected draught craft beers and ciders, featuring breweries and cider makers from Yorkshire and further afield.
Organisers hope the event will attract residents as well as visitors enjoying a summer break in Pateley Bridge and the wider Nidderdale area.
A spokesperson for The Pateley Club said:
“We’re delighted to announce the launch of our very first Pateley Club Beer Festival, marking another step in the club’s exciting progression as a local community space offering new and exciting events to members and visitors alike.
“We hope the festival will become an annual event for Pateley Bridge and provide another reason for both locals and visitors to support one of the town’s longest-standing social clubs.”
What does the £10 ticket include?
Tickets cost £10 per person and provide admission throughout all three days of the festival.
The price also includes:
- Access to the upstairs Beer Festival bar
- A commemorative Pateley Club beer glass
- One free pint of any craft beer or cider available at the festival
- A locally made barbecue sausage from Kendalls Butchers
The festival bar will be open from 12pm until 8pm each day.
A new tradition for Pateley Bridge?
Organisers are hoping the first festival will prove popular enough to become an annual event in the Nidderdale calendar, giving residents and visitors another reason to spend time in Pateley Bridge.
The festival follows a busy period of development for The Pateley Club. Following changes to its licence earlier in 2026, the venue has expanded its programme of activities, including live music, bingo, private functions, and community events.
The Grade II listed club is now looking to build on that momentum with events designed to appeal to both existing members and the wider community.
