Chaos Outside Harrogate McDonald’s as Police Launch Urgent Witness Appeal

A shocking street fight outside Harrogate’s McDonald’s has sparked a police appeal after two men were seen fighting in broad daylight on one of the town’s busiest roads.

The altercation happened outside the McDonald’s restaurant on Cambridge Road at around 2.20pm on Wednesday, May 6, leaving shoppers and passers-by stunned.

Now, North Yorkshire Police are urgently trying to track down witnesses and anyone who may have captured the incident on dashcam, CCTV or mobile phone footage.

The busy Cambridge Road area was filled with traffic and pedestrians at the time, raising the possibility that several people may have seen exactly what happened.

Police say the incident involved two men fighting in the street outside the popular fast-food restaurant.
