If you’re looking for a chance to slow down, switch off and enjoy some time outdoors, a free community yoga session is coming to one of Harrogate’s most beautiful locations this month.
To celebrate International Yoga Day, local yoga teacher Guneet Khurana, founder of Ujjayi Yoga, is inviting people of all ages and abilities to come together for a relaxing morning of movement, mindfulness and connection in Valley Gardens.
Set against the peaceful backdrop of the gardens, the session is designed to help participants feel calmer, more balanced and refreshed – whether you’re a regular yogi or have never stepped onto a yoga mat before.
What to Expect
This welcoming 90-minute outdoor session will include:

✅ Simple breathing techniques (pranayama)
